Dr Iscara, was the beloved Royal Inventor for Brugrove; a trusted advisor to The King.
The Moonlit Syndicate were sent to investigate Dr Iscara’s disappearance, where it turned out he seemed to have gone mad, his family dead, and some sort of incantation brewing… the Moonlit Syndicate destroyed Iscara, leaving nothing left but his necklace.
When the party found Doctor Iscara, he had already been twisted and looked so.
